Our client in Holyoke, Massachusetts is seeking a Call Center Specialist for a contract opportunity. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage a high volume of calls while delivering excellent service.
Job Responsibility:
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, accounts, or processes
Resolve customer concerns and escalate more complex issues as needed
Document customer interactions, updates, and outcomes in internal systems
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all communications
Meet performance metrics related to call volume, response time, and service quality
Collaborate with internal departments to support customer needs and resolve issues efficiently
Requirements:
Previous call center, customer service, or high-volume phone support experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent problem-solving and listening skills
Comfortable navigating multiple systems and entering detailed information accurately
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer service software is a plus
