Job Responsibility
Answer incoming calls from patients, members, or other customers and provide courteous, solution-oriented support
Record call details accurately in customer service systems while maintaining organized and complete documentation
Resolve routine questions and concerns by using established resources, procedures, and service guidelines
Escalate more complex issues to the appropriate team members to ensure prompt follow-up and resolution
Maintain a consistent, attentive phone presence while handling a high volume of inbound interactions
Use basic office tools and computer systems to track requests, update records, and complete daily tasks
Support reliable connectivity and workstation functionality by working within an Ethernet-based office environment
Requirements
Prior experience in a call center or customer-facing support role
