Deliver excellent experiences to Call Center customers and maximize the sales by providing great offers and convenient complete solutions within complex range areas, always with empathy, understanding of customer needs and strong will to create a better life at home for the customer
Provide qualitative customer support in all call center communication channels, including live video calls, to secure a great customer experience, thus building trust in the IKEA brand
Visualize complete attractive home furnishing solutions that matches the unique prerequisites and needs for the specific customer, demonstrating expert skills in advanced digital planning tools, in order to exceed customer expectations and maximize sales
Find and present the best solution for the customer, demonstrating expert knowledge on certain complex range and/or service areas
Make use of call center proactive selling techniques in the customer contact to contribute to growth and sustained long-term profitability
Steer sales and the customer meeting to balance customer needs and business goals
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales roles
Proven skills in creating and selling complex home furnishing solutions
Sales and solutions-oriented with strong home furnishing interest
Knowledge of home furnishing design
Experience in relevant digital planning and sales tools to visualize attractive home furnishing solutions to customers
Strong knowledge of general call center customer behavior across channels as well as of remote customer engagement
Ability to understand and build on customer needs to proactively offer creative, complete home furnishing solutions that exceed customer expectation
Strong selling skills and ability to adapt communication depending on situation and customer needs
Passionate about detailed knowledge and a desire to further develop
