Job Responsibility:
Handle inbound and/or outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
Assist customers with questions, concerns, and service requests
Accurately document calls and customer information in the system
Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience
Follow call scripts, procedures, and company policies
Meet individual and team performance goals
Work closely with supervisors and team members to improve service quality
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous call center or customer service experience preferred (but not required)
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
Comfortable using computers and phone systems
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
