We are seeking compassionate, customer-focused Call Center Representatives to join a high-volume inbound call center in San Diego. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity for individuals who are passionate about helping others, value exceptional customer service, and want to make a meaningful difference in customers’ lives every day. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling a high volume of inbound calls while providing accurate information, support, and solutions in a professional and empathetic manner.
Job Responsibility:
Handle a high volume of inbound calls in a fast-paced call center environment
Assist customers with questions, concerns, and service-related needs
Provide clear, accurate, and empathetic communication on every interaction
Document customer interactions thoroughly and accurately in internal systems
Follow established call center procedures, policies, and quality standards
Escalate issues appropriately while maintaining a positive customer experience
Maintain professionalism and reliability in a team-oriented office setting
Requirements:
Previous call center or customer service experience preferred (not required)
Strong communication and active listening skills
Ability to manage high call volumes while maintaining quality and empathy
Comfortable working fully in-office during the initial contract period
Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering excellent customer service
Desire to grow into a long-term role and make a positive impact
