A medical services provider in Vista, CA is seeking a Call Center Representative to assist patients and clients via phone while delivering exceptional service. This role is ideal for individuals who are customer-focused, enjoy helping people, and have strong phone and organizational skills.
Job Responsibility:
Answer a high volume of inbound and outbound calls regarding appointments, referrals, and service inquiries
Utilize RingCentral phone platform to manage communications and maintain call logs
Respond to emails and messages using Microsoft Outlook in a timely and professional manner
Address client concerns and route calls to the appropriate department for resolution as needed
Input client data accurately into the system while adhering to confidentiality standards
Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a friendly, empathetic, and professional tone
Requirements:
1+ years of call center or similar experience, preferably in a medical or healthcare-related field
Proficiency in RingCentral phone system and Microsoft Outlook is required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and handle clients with care and compassion
