We are looking for a customer-focused Call Center Representative to support a fast-paced service team in the Energy/Natural Resources industry. In this role, you will respond to incoming calls, resolve questions efficiently, and maintain accurate records while contributing to service quality and team performance.
Job Responsibility:
Respond to a large volume of inbound customer calls with professionalism, patience, and a solutions-oriented approach
Guide customers through questions related to services, account details, and general support needs while providing clear and accurate information
Navigate several computer platforms at the same time to locate information, complete updates, and support efficient call handling
Address customer concerns with empathy and sound judgment to help achieve positive resolutions
Record call details thoroughly and maintain up-to-date customer information within internal systems
Partner with coworkers and cross-functional teams when issues require additional research or escalation
Consistently work toward established service, productivity, and quality expectations
Build knowledge of company offerings, procedures, and relevant industry updates to provide dependable support
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in an inbound call center environment
Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced setting
Ability to type at least 35 words per minute while maintaining accuracy
Comfortable using multiple software applications and switching between systems efficiently
Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities during high call volume
Clear verbal and written communication skills with a detail-oriented customer-facing approach
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and overtime when business needs require it
Bilingual Spanish and English communication skills are helpful but not required
