Job Description

We are looking for a customer-focused Call Center Representative to support a fast-paced service team. This contract-to-permanent opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, managing multiple tasks at once, and delivering a detail-oriented experience on every call. The person in this role will respond to incoming inquiries, document interactions accurately, and work closely with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.

Job Responsibility

  • Respond to a large volume of inbound customer calls with patience and a service-oriented approach
  • Address questions, explain services or products clearly, and guide customers toward effective resolutions
  • Navigate several computer platforms at once to locate account details and provide accurate information during each interaction
  • Record call details thoroughly and maintain up-to-date customer information within internal systems
  • Handle concerns with empathy and sound judgment while working to create a positive customer experience
  • Partner with colleagues and cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve more complex service matters
  • Consistently meet established performance goals related to quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain current knowledge of company procedures, service offerings, and relevant industry updates

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of recent experience in an inbound call center environment
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced setting
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a detail-oriented and approachable style
  • Ability to use multiple computer systems efficiently while speaking with customers in real time
  • Solid multitasking skills and the ability to stay organized during high call volumes
  • Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and overtime when business needs require

Nice to have

Bilingual Spanish and English communication skills are an advantage
