We are looking for a customer-focused Call Center Representative to support a fast-paced service team. This contract-to-permanent opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, managing multiple tasks at once, and delivering a detail-oriented experience on every call. The person in this role will respond to incoming inquiries, document interactions accurately, and work closely with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
Job Responsibility:
Respond to a large volume of inbound customer calls with patience and a service-oriented approach
Address questions, explain services or products clearly, and guide customers toward effective resolutions
Navigate several computer platforms at once to locate account details and provide accurate information during each interaction
Record call details thoroughly and maintain up-to-date customer information within internal systems
Handle concerns with empathy and sound judgment while working to create a positive customer experience
Partner with colleagues and cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve more complex service matters
Consistently meet established performance goals related to quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
Maintain current knowledge of company procedures, service offerings, and relevant industry updates
Requirements:
At least 1 year of recent experience in an inbound call center environment
Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced setting
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a detail-oriented and approachable style
Ability to use multiple computer systems efficiently while speaking with customers in real time
Solid multitasking skills and the ability to stay organized during high call volumes
Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and overtime when business needs require
Bilingual Spanish and English communication skills are an advantage
