We are seeking a customer-focused and professional Call Center Representative to handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with questions or concerns, and provide accurate information about products, services, or accounts. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to resolve issues efficiently while delivering excellent customer service.
Job Responsibility:
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Make outbound calls for follow-up, customer support, appointment reminders, or service updates as needed
Resolve customer issues, complaints, and requests with accuracy and empathy
Provide information about products, services, billing, orders, or account status
Document customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions in the appropriate system
Escalate complex issues to supervisors or other departments when necessary
Meet performance goals related to call quality, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies, procedures, and offerings
Support customers through multiple communication channels, such as phone, email, or chat, if required
Follow compliance, privacy, and confidentiality standards in all customer interactions
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous customer service, call center, retail, or administrative experience preferred
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn customer service software
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment
Professional attitude, reliability, and strong attendance
Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure
Nice to have:
Experience with CRM or call center software
Bilingual skills are a plus
Strong typing and data entry abilities
Familiarity with call handling metrics and service standards
