Job Description

We are seeking a customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our client’s team and deliver a positive customer experience. We value innovation, professionalism, and a positive work environment. You will be working onsite Monday to Friday.

Job Responsibility

  • Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Assist customers by providing information about products, services, and account information
  • Resolve issues, escalate complex cases when necessary, and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Accurately document customer interactions in the system
  • Meet established performance metrics for call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Previous call center experience required
  • Minimum of 2 years demonstrated customer service or call center background
  • Full-time, onsite schedule, Monday through Friday
  • Excellent organization offering strong benefits
  • Experience in banking or insurance is highly desirable
