We are seeking a customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our client’s team and deliver a positive customer experience. We value innovation, professionalism, and a positive work environment. You will be working onsite Monday to Friday.
Job Responsibility:
Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
Assist customers by providing information about products, services, and account information
Resolve issues, escalate complex cases when necessary, and ensure customer satisfaction
Accurately document customer interactions in the system
Meet established performance metrics for call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Previous call center experience required
Minimum of 2 years demonstrated customer service or call center background
Full-time, onsite schedule, Monday through Friday
Excellent organization offering strong benefits
Experience in banking or insurance is highly desirable
