Job Responsibility:
Handle a high volume of inbound and/or outbound customer calls in a professional manner
Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customer inquiries regarding products, services, or account information
Resolve customer issues efficiently by identifying the cause of problems, selecting and explaining the best solutions, and following up to ensure resolution
Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in the company’s system
Consistently meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics related to quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
Collaborate with team members and management to improve processes and customer experience
Requirements:
Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or related field is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving and active listening skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite
Highly attentive to detail
