A busy contact center in the downtown Baltimore area is hiring Call Center Representatives to manage high-volume inbound calls, assist customers, and provide accurate information.
Job Responsibility:
Handle incoming customer calls and document interactions
Resolve customer issues with a professional and courteous approach
Update customer accounts and follow scripted messaging
Escalate unresolved issues to supervisors as needed
Requirements:
Previous call center or high-volume customer service experience
Strong typing accuracy and multitasking ability
Clear and professional communication skills
Experience in Salesforce or similar CRM systems highly preferred
