Our client, a national association, is seeking a Customer Service Representative (evening shift) to join their team on a temporary basis in Washington, D.C.
Job Responsibility:
Respond to requests for information about home and community-based services for older adults, individuals with disabilities, and caregivers via phone, email, chat, text, and voicemail
Assess caller needs and provide accurate referrals to approved agencies, programs, and community resources
Transfer or escalate callers requiring a higher level of support
Follow established call center protocols, performance standards, and quality guidelines
Document all interactions and complete required reporting in CRM systems
Support a high-volume, fast-paced call center environment
Requirements:
Relevant experience in human services is required
Minimum 2 years of college
Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Strong oral and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and decision-making skills
