Robert Half is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Representative to join a dynamic team with a leading organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service and support in a fast-paced call center environment.
Job Responsibility:
Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information about products and services
Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in internal systems
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure efficient resolution of customer concerns
Meet or exceed established performance metrics, including call handle time and customer satisfaction scores
Remain up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role preferred
Excellent communication and active listening skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Proficiency with computers and the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
Nice to have:
College coursework is a plus
