We are looking for a customer-focused Call Center Representative to handle inbound and outbound calls, provide exceptional service, and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
Job Responsibility
Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls
Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, and account information
Document customer interactions accurately in CRM systems
Troubleshoot issues and provide effective resolutions
Process orders, updates, and account changes
Meet quality, productivity, and attendance expectations
Escalate complex concerns when appropriate
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of call center experience
Strong communication and active listening skills
Ability to multitask while navigating multiple software systems
Professional phone etiquette and conflict-resolution abilities
Strong data entry and documentation skills
Bilingual Spanish/English skill set preferred
Experience in Salesforce, Zendesk, Five9, Talkdesk, RingCentral, Microsoft Office, or other CRM Systems
