Job Responsibility:
Handle high-volume inbound customer service calls related to Medicaid enrollment services
Answering questions regarding healthcare plans and managed care options
Assist individuals with enrollment and disenrollment processes
Help customers select appropriate healthcare plans based on their needs
Provide accurate program information and education regarding benefits and services
Process and review enrollment forms for completeness and accuracy
Mail requested forms and information to clients
Escalate concerns and service issues to leadership when needed
Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions
Support quality service standards and daily performance goals
Stay current on program policies, procedures, and updates
Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of call center experience required
Prior customer service experience required
High-volume phone support experience strongly preferred
Experience working directly with the public required
Healthcare, Medicaid, managed care, or human services experience strongly preferred
High School Diploma or GED required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent attendance and reliability
Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
