Job Description:

The Call Center AI / ML Developer role at Citi involves designing, implementing, and maintaining AI/ML solutions, as well as leading initiatives around generative AI, chatbot development, and data analysis. Candidates will work closely with cross-functional teams, optimize ML model performance, and integrate NLP solutions into systems. A key focus is aligning AI/ML efforts with business objectives.

Job Responsibility:

Designing, implementing, and maintaining secure and stable AI/ML solutions
aligning AI/ML use cases with business strategies
working closely with software engineers to build new applications
performing data analysis, feature engineering, and NLP training
monitoring advances in AI and machine learning
providing vision for relevant technology systems
exploring and prototyping novel generative AI/ML techniques
building and maintaining chatbot solutions
interfacing with vendors
developing applications using Node.js and JavaScript
contributing to Generative AI use cases
collaborating with cross-functional teams
performing batch testing and quality assurance
developing NLP pipelines
implementing API and system integrations
managing databases
conducting A/B testing

Requirements:

5+ years of relevant experience
experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications
experience in managing and implementing successful projects
working knowledge of consulting/project management techniques/methods
ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements

Nice to have:

knowledge of leading AI technology frameworks
experience with chatbot solutions
experience with MongoDB, SQL, or other NoSQL databases
expertise in Node.js and JavaScript
