Requirements:
Previous call center or customer service experience preferred but not required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving and active-listening abilities
Comfortable working with computer systems, including CRM software and call center tools
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
