Job Description:

Call Center Agent position at The Ritz-Carlton Doha, responsible for operating telephone switchboard, processing guest requests, resolving guest issues, and providing information about property amenities and local areas while delivering The Ritz-Carlton's Gold Standards of luxury service.

Job Responsibility:

Operate telephone switchboard station
Answer telephone calls and monitor busy lines
Process guest requests for wake-up calls, screening calls, do not disturb, call forwarding
Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns
Contact appropriate departments to resolve guest issues
Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction
Provide directions and information about property amenities and local areas
Review shift logs and document pertinent information
Notify Loss Prevention/Security of theft reports
Report accidents and unsafe conditions

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
Ability to read and visually verify information
Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 10 pounds
