We are looking for a skilled and dedicated California-licensed litigation attorney to join our Plaintiff's personal injury law firm client's team in Phoenix, Arizona. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in plaintiff personal injury cases and a commitment to delivering exceptional legal representation. Job Responsibility:
Represent clients in plaintiff personal injury litigation cases, ensuring their interests are effectively advocated
Draft and file legal motions, briefs, and other necessary documentation to support case proceedings
Conduct thorough discovery processes, including depositions and interrogatories, to gather critical evidence
Collaborate with clients to develop case strategies and provide clear legal guidance
Prepare for and participate in civil litigation trials, presenting compelling arguments in court
Analyze case details and laws to develop persuasive arguments and legal approaches
Maintain strong communication with clients, keeping them informed about case progress and outcomes
Work efficiently within a multi-state firm environment, adapting to diverse legal practices
Stay updated on California-specific legal requirements and regulations relevant to personal injury litigation
Manage caseload effectively, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality work standards
Requirements:
Active attorney license in the state of California, with preference for additional licensure in other states (AZ, NM, IL, IN or NV)
Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil litigation, particularly in personal injury cases
Proficiency in drafting motions, briefs, and other legal documents
Strong knowledge of discovery processes, including depositions and interrogatories
Proven ability to manage plaintiff personal injury cases from inception to resolution
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and legal teams
Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards
Nice to have:
Familiarity with multi-state legal practices and regulations is a plus
