Job Description:

The CAI Product Owner is responsible for the overall vision, strategy, and continuous improvement of Conversational AI (CAI) assets and solutions. This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders and software providers to manage the product backlog, prioritize initiatives, accept deliverables, drive innovation, and ensure effective delivery of new CAI features.

Job Responsibility:

  • Maintain ownership of CAI assets and define the prioritization framework
  • develop and refine the product vision and roadmap aligned with CAI strategic objectives
  • collaborate with the Head of CAI to align with global strategy
  • lead continuous improvement initiatives across the CAI lifecycle
  • drive ideation and development of new product features
  • integrate and test product enhancements in collaboration with engineering and service teams
  • monitor market trends and CAI product performance to identify innovation opportunities
  • manage the CAI asset product and ticket backlog based on agreed priorities
  • work with the Global Solution Engineer Lead to assess feasibility and complexity
  • collaborate with the CAI Service & Demand Manager to align on risks and requirements
  • ensure timely and quality acceptance of new CAI assets following technical feasibility
  • work across teams to define user stories and product features
  • engage in internal alignments and meetings, such as CAI Global CoE Sprint Planning
  • define and track product KPIs in alignment with global success measures
  • continuously evaluate KPI relevance and accuracy
  • ensure product compliance with relevant laws, policies, and data privacy standards
  • oversee audits and maintain clear documentation
  • establish technical standards in line with QA frameworks
  • ensure the CAI software runs on the latest version according to global release schedules
  • provide oversight for application design and development tools.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in IT project and product management
  • 4+ years working with Conversational AI frameworks and technologies
  • hands-on experience with STT (Speech-to-Text), TTS (Text-to-Speech), SSML, and NLP
  • basic programming skills (e.g., JavaScript) and API integration knowledge
  • strong understanding of SDLC and PMLC, including agile methodologies
  • familiarity with application design, process implementation, and tooling
  • proven track record of delivering pragmatic and effective solutions
  • excellent stakeholder management, relationship building, and negotiation skills
  • strong communicator with the ability to navigate and resolve conflicts
  • outstanding presentation and storytelling abilities.
