Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate Cafe Waiter to help our team, ensuring the highest standards of product quality, customer service, and operational efficiency. This role requires a hands-on approach, creativity in menu offerings, and strong leadership skills to drive the cafes success.

Job Responsibility:

  • Prepare and serve drinks
  • Attend to customers
  • Maintain bar cleanliness

  • Control bar inventory
  • Respond to customer requests and complaints
  • Collaborate with the floor team
  • Report any problems, requests, conflicts, or incidents to Supervisors and Managers

  • Accurately and promptly fulfilling guest requests
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge which will enhance the guest experience
