Job Responsibility

  • Prepare and serve high-quality food and beverages, including specialty coffee, with strong attention to presentation and consistency
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, creating a warm, welcoming café experience for all visitors
  • Support daily café operations including stock control, cash handling, and maintaining equipment
  • Uphold food safety, hygiene, and quality standards at all times
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and continuous improvement of café offerings and service
  • Step into supervisory or Duty Manager responsibilities when required

Requirements

  • Previous experience in hospitality, with confidence in food preparation and service
  • Barista training with a genuine passion for quality coffee and customer experience
  • Strong communication skills paired with a friendly, approachable manner
  • Sound understanding of food safety practices, with relevant certifications or willingness to obtain
  • Reliable and flexible, with availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • Proactive team player who brings energy, initiative, and a positive attitude to the environment
