Cafe Supervisor

We’re on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Café Supervisor to join our vibrant team at one of the most iconic cultural destinations in the world — The British Museum. Our cafés serve freshly brewed coffee, delicious sandwiches, vibrant salads, and indulgent cakes — all crafted with care and quality. As part of the Benugo family, we’re committed to creating memorable experiences for every guest, just as unforgettable as the museum’s treasures like the Rosetta Stone. As a Café Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day operations — from taking orders and preparing coffee to overseeing units. You’ll lead by example, ensuring exceptional service and smooth operations throughout the day. Please note that: We’re a 7-day operation, so we’re looking for candidates with full-time availability and the flexibility to work any day of the week (Monday–Sunday). Shifts typically run between 9:00am and 7:00pm, with occasional later finishes on Fridays (up to 9:00pm).
