White Rabbit Hospitality creates and operates bespoke Food & Beverage spaces within hotels. We're launching a brand new hotel destination in the heart of London's most dynamic district and we're looking for an enthusiastic, guest-focused Cafe Supervisor to join us from the very beginning. This isn't a role where you walk into someone else's operation. This is your opportunity to help shape the culture, build the team, and define what a brilliant cafe experience looks like, from day one.
Job Responsibility:
Supervise the day-to-day cafe operation, supporting and leading the team through every service period to deliver a consistently excellent guest experience
Lead by example on the floor and behind the counter, from crafting exceptional coffee to greeting every guest with genuine warmth
Support the training, onboarding, and ongoing development of cafe team members
Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and beautifully presented cafe environment at all times
Assist with stock management, ordering, and waste control
Handle guest feedback with professionalism and warmth
Support the wider F&B team and management with the smooth running of the hotel's food and beverage operation
Bring energy, positivity, and genuine care to every shift
Requirements:
Proven experience in a cafe, coffee shop, or hospitality environment, with some supervisory or team leadership experience
A genuine passion for coffee, hospitality, and creating exceptional guest experiences
Strong barista skills with a thorough knowledge of espresso-based drinks and coffee preparation (desirable)
A warm, confident, and engaging personality
The ability to lead and motivate a small team, remaining calm and positive during busy service periods
Good awareness of food safety, hygiene standards, and allergen requirements
Experience with EPOS or till systems (desirable)
A flexible approach to working hours, including early mornings, weekends, and peak periods as required by the business
Nice to have:
Strong barista skills with a thorough knowledge of espresso-based drinks and coffee preparation
Experience with EPOS or till systems
What we offer:
OTE hourly rate of £16.30 per hour
