Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Cafe Manager to join the team at the famous Natural History Museum. Our cafes at the museum serve freshly made sandwiches, cakes, and barista crafted coffee to thousands of visitors each day.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supervise, manage and motivate the team
  • Ensure the operation runs smoothly
  • Ensure the customers experience is always maintained to the highest standard
  • Continuously work towards improving sales and service
  • Support and manage the performance of the team through ongoing evaluations, listening, training, and mentoring
  • Ensure high levels of Food and Health & Safety are always maintained

Requirements:

  • Experienced Cafe Manager
