Manage day-to-day operations of the cafe

Job Responsibility

Manage and coordinate day-to-day café operations to ensure efficient service delivery and consistent customer satisfaction
Plan and organise seasonal promotions, specials, and in-house events to attract and retain customers
Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff on menu planning – including new dish development, cost control, and ensuring consistent food quality and presentation
