Are you an experienced Café Manager with a passion for exceptional food and world-class customer service? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment, serving around 400 customers daily while leading a dedicated team? We’re looking for a confident and motivated Café Manager to lead our ASDA Café team in Sinfin, Derby, delivering outstanding service and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Leading, motivating and developing your team to deliver exceptional service
  • Overseeing daily catering and service operations
  • Managing stock control, inventories and budgets
  • Monitoring performance against KPIs and implementing action plans
  • Managing tills and ensuring accurate cash handling
  • Supporting with rotas, training and compliance paperwork
  • Liaising effectively between senior management and your team
  • Maintaining a positive brand image and ensuring high standards at all times

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Café Manager or similar leadership role
  • Experience managing and developing teams
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
