Opportunity to join the new Farringdon Cafe team as Café General Manager. Role involves leading the team, setting culture, ensuring operational success, and delivering genuine hospitality. Requires passion for coffee and people.

Job Responsibility:

Lead the growth of the new cafe
Build the team and set the culture
Lead with care to ensure genuine hospitality
Deliver a smooth launch
Establish the right systems
Set the cafe up for success
Lead with agility and approach challenges with curiosity

Requirements:

Experienced team leader
Strong problem solver
Deep operational and financial understanding of running a café
Exceptional organisational skills
Self-motivated and proactive
Infallible eye for detail
Leads by example and empowers the team
Demonstrated experience managing a high performing team
