Job Description:

The Café Executive is responsible for the smooth day-to-day operation of the café within the facility, ensuring high standards of food quality, hygiene, customer service, and compliance with facilities management policies.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee daily café operations including food service, beverage preparation, and counter management
  • Ensure timely opening and closing of the café as per facility schedules
  • Maintain high standards of customer service for employees, visitors, and guests
  • Coordinate with food vendors, pantry suppliers, and service contractors
  • Ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are met
  • Report maintenance issues related to café equipment, plumbing, or electrical systems
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
  • Monitor cleanliness of café, pantry, storage, and dining areas
  • Follow health, safety, and facilities management policies
  • Monitor inventory levels of food items, beverages, and consumables

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or Facilities Management preferred
  • 2–4 years of experience in café operations, hospitality, or soft services within facilities management
  • Experience in corporate, commercial, or industrial facilities is an advantage
  • Knowledge of café or food service operations
  • Understanding of facilities management practices
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
