Café Coach role at Capital One Café, a welcoming environment where customers can try digital and financial tools, get coffee, and connect. The role leads a team to enhance the financial lives of people in the community, building local alliances and generating new business.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead a Café team and facilitate legendary experiences for Customers
  • Build alliances with local organizations and collaborate with vendors to generate new business
  • Mentor and guide Café Ambassador team for individual development and overall team performance
  • Maintain the physical space and coach Café Ambassadors to create a welcoming environment
  • Drive continuous improvement
  • Connect with Café visitors and regulars
  • Work with local businesses, nonprofits and charities to plan events
  • Learn and teach Capital One products, services and experiences
  • Showcase digital tools and how to navigate mobile and online experience
  • Provide customer assistance and advice

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
  • At least 2 years of Customer, Retail, or Financial Services experience
  • At least 1 year of People Management experience or 2 years Retail Bank Experience

Nice to have:

  • 3+ years of Customer, Retail, or Financial Services experience
  • 2+ years of People Management experience
  • Bachelor's Degree
