Café Boulud Server Assistant

• Assists the Food Server in providing an enjoyable expertly served dining experience conforming to Café Boulud standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness
• Clears tables and resets them neatly, rapidly and completely according to specification

• At minimum 1 year previous Busperson experience in a fast paced food and beverage operation
• Exceptional communication skills and command of English language
• Additional language a definite asset for career growth
• Ability to lift up to 40lbs
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays
• Outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any request
• Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to perform this position to Café Boulud standards and learn the sequence of service
