Job Description

Cafe Assistant - Fixed Term Contact (13th April - 30th August). We're looking for a friendly, customer‑focused Cafe Assistant to join us in Melton Mowbray on a part‑time, fixed‑term contract. Job Responsibility

Providing excellent customer service
Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the cafe area and kitchen
Prepare and serve food from set recipes
Ensure that the Cafe area, equipment, and contents are properly maintained in immaculate condition
Helping to lead and engage with a multi-disciplined team of both paid employees and volunteers
Ensure compliance with health and safety and food hygiene, record keeping, and assist the manager with other tasks associated with running a Cafe

Requirements

Excellent customer care and Engagement skills
Organised and focused

Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
Demonstrable evidence of behaviour in line with the core values of TAAS throughout career to date
Must be available to work weekends
