Job Description:

As a Café Assistant, you will play an important role in creating a comfortable, enjoyable dining experience for residents, staff, and visitors. You’ll assist with food service, maintain high standards of food safety, and help ensure our café is a friendly, supportive hub within the facility.

Job Responsibility:

Provide high-quality food and beverage service to residents, staff, and visitors
Ensure all food handling follows safe and recommended principles
Deliver efficient and effective service with a warm, welcoming manner
Build supportive, positive relationships with residents, demonstrating genuine care in every interaction

Requirements:

Enjoy working in a customer-focused environment
Have strong interpersonal and communication skills
Show compassion, patience, and understanding
Can follow food safety and hygiene procedures
