Job Responsibility:

  • Assist in the provision of a first class service to all Horizon Leisure Centre customers
  • Serve customers in a friendly, professional and efficient manner
  • Ensure the Café is prepared and ready for business at the appointed opening times
  • Ensure all areas of the Café and products are displayed in a clean, tidy and attractive manner
  • Work to a high and fast standard to meet customer demand
  • Accurately process all till transactions
  • Actively promote add on sales
  • Perform other duties as assigned or requested in order to meet the needs of the business

Requirements:

  • Confident and passionate about delivering high levels of customer service
  • Cash handling experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills
