Job Description:

We are looking for a supportive, people-focused Assistant Manager to help drive the growth of our new cafe in Farringdon. This role is perfect for a Head Barista ready to take the next step, working closely with the General Manager to support the team and ensure operational excellence.

Job Responsibility:

Work closely with the General Manager supporting them day to day
Help translate the cafe’s vision and growth goals into reality
Ensure the team feels confident, supported and set up to succeed
Ensure the coffee program is fully understood, adhered to and consistently implemented
Support the team in maintaining excellence in coffee preparation, workflow and quality control
Deliver a smooth launch, maintain effective systems and uphold high standards across service, quality and team wellbeing

Requirements:
