Naples Beach Club is seeking an exceptional Café Assistant Manager to support the daily operations and guest experience at Naples Trading Company, a dynamic café and market concept. This role is integral to floor leadership, team development, and operational success, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for both guests and staff.
Job Responsibility:
Lead by example on the floor, delivering warm, intuitive hospitality and creating a welcoming environment for every guest
Support team leadership efforts, including staffing, training, and daily operational efficiency
Assist with inventory management, including maintaining par levels, purchasing, and organizing retail and café products
Partner with the Cafe Manager to ensure operational standards, service quality, and brand expectations are consistently met
Requirements:
A genuine passion for hospitality and guest connection
A growth-oriented mindset with a desire to continuously learn and improve
At least 2 years of experience in café, coffee, or retail management
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
The ability to remain adaptable and solutions-focused in a fast-paced environment
