Job Description:

The Role: Do you find your purpose in empowering others? As a Café Ambassador, you are the face of Capital One’s mission to change banking for good. You’ll move throughout the Café, bridging the gap between digital innovation and human connection. In this role, you’ll act as a high-end service specialist and a guide to digital banking. You aren't just serving a community; you’re building one by bringing Capital One’s mission to life within a vibrant, modern community hub.

Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
  • At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience

Nice to have:

  • Associate’s degree
  • 2+ years of banking experience
  • 2+ years of Retail or Customer-facing experience
  • Proficient in G-Suite
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
