Are you passionate about coffee and love meeting new people? We have an exciting opportunity to join our Dalston Cafe team as our new Cafe All-rounder. We’ve been roasting speciality coffee for over 30 years. From humble beginnings as a little coffee cart in Auckland, NZ, Allpress has evolved into a sophisticated brand that stands for flavour and service. Right from the start three core principals have formed the backbone of our business – People, Flavour and Innovation. Job Responsibility:

  • Preparation of outstanding coffee
  • Delivering genuine and efficient service to each and every customer
  • Advising on and selling retail coffee & accessories
  • Running food & drinks
  • Operating efficient table maintenance and service to dine in customers
  • Opening and closing the café

Requirements:

  • Experienced in a high volume hospitality environment

  • Own short- and long-term revenue planning by product, including forecasts, targets, and scenario analysis towards breakeven
