We are currently looking for energetic and highly motivated hospitality professionals to join our Café team as a Café All-rounder. Here at Allpress we have an uncompromising commitment to great tasting coffee, flavour and service. When you work with us as a Café All-rounder, you’re not just selling and preparing great coffee in our café, you are a brand ambassador for our wholesale business.

Job Responsibility:

  • Selling and preparing great coffee in our café
  • Being a brand ambassador for our wholesale business
  • Delivering delicious espresso and exceptional customer service

Requirements:

  • Minimum of three year experience in hospitality or customer facing role
  • Love Allpress, have visited our Cafés and Roasteries
  • Effective communication skill, fluent in Japanese
  • Be passionate about great coffee and exceptional customer service
  • Seeking for the perfect balance of service quality and business profitability
  • Proven barista skills and experience using specialty coffee

Nice to have:

  • Experience in kitchen is a bonus
  • Ability to speak English in addition to Japanese in hospitality setting would be preferred
