Our Elevate Early Careers Program is open year-round for high-performing Cadets (Undergraduates) and Graduates in Construction Management. If you’re curious, driven and ready to contribute on live projects from day one, this program is built for you. You’ll be embedded within a project team delivering new build and fit out projects, gaining hands-on exposure across every phase of delivery while developing technical and interpersonal capability.

Job Responsibility:

  • Contribute to live projects alongside experienced construction professionals
  • Support delivery in line with programme and contractual obligations
  • Assist with variations, compliance documentation, warranties and defects
  • Identify and escalate project risks and issues
  • Coordinate approvals and stakeholder communications
  • Engage with clients, consultants and subcontractors
  • Maintain high standards across Health, Safety, Environment and Quality

Requirements:

  • Genuine passion for construction and project delivery
  • Relevant tertiary qualification (Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or similar)
  • Curiosity to continually learn and apply in practical scenarios on the job
