If you’re curious, driven and ready to contribute on live projects from day one, this program is built for you. You’ll be embedded within a project team delivering new build and fit out projects, gaining hands-on exposure across every phase of delivery while developing technical and interpersonal capability.

Job Responsibility:

  • Contribute to live projects alongside experienced construction professionals
  • Support delivery in line with programme and contractual obligations
  • Assist with variations, compliance documentation, warranties and defects
  • Identify and escalate project risks and issues
  • Coordinate approvals and stakeholder communications
  • Engage with clients, consultants and subcontractors
  • Maintain high standards across Health, Safety, Environment and Quality

Requirements:

  • Genuine passion for construction and project delivery
  • Relevant tertiary qualification (Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or similar)
  • Curiosity to continually learn and apply in practical scenarios on the job
