Job Responsibility:

  • Gather site information and specify the right products for each project
  • Conduct accurate customer site surveys and ensure compliance with PAS13
  • Create CAD drawings and technical specifications based on survey data
  • Liaise with clients and internal teams, managing revisions and project details
  • Act as the main point of contact from survey through to installation
  • Manage data entry in CRM/ERP systems and handle variation orders
  • Participate in meetings and collaborate across departments to deliver projects

Requirements:

  • Ability to interpret site drawings with strong CAD proficiency
  • Knowledge of workplace transport safety and experience using measuring tools (tape, wheel, laser)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • confident engaging with customers and colleagues at all levels
  • Self-starter with strong organisational, time management, and prioritisation skills
  • IT literate with working knowledge of CRM systems and high attention to detail
