Our client, an award-winning creative business, specialises in the design, manufacture, and installation of POS, POP, and retail/graphic displays. Due to continued growth, they’re looking to welcome a talented CAD Designer to their collaborative and innovation-led team. This is a great opportunity to work on exciting retail display projects within a company known for delivering standout design solutions.

Job Responsibility

  • Producing detailed CAD designs for POS/POP and retail display projects
  • Using AutoDesk (and other CAD software where required) to create accurate technical drawings
  • Reading and interpreting technical specifications and drawings
  • Working directly with clients to understand briefs and develop design concepts
  • Collaborating closely with the manufacturing team to ensure designs are practical and production-ready
  • Maintaining a high level of accuracy, quality, and attention to detail

Requirements

  • Previous studio experience within POS/POP, retail displays, or joinery
  • Highly proficient in AutoDesk (experience with other CAD/design tools is a plus)
  • Confident in client-facing discussions, able to take briefs and explain design concepts
  • Strong technical mindset with an excellent eye for detail
  • Passionate about turning creative ideas into buildable designs
