Professional certification in industrial design/drafting, specifically using AutoCAD, preferred
Technically competent and highly proficient in AutoCAD 2D/3D
4 - 6 years of experience in industrial design, preferred
Work experience in a TPM environment is preferred

Job Responsibility

Ensure that factory key drawings are kept up-to-date and properly archived

Propose and define different alternatives to support the Early Management principles
Support engineers or other factory functions with technical concepts and basic design for operational projects
Update and coordinate technical guidelines and specifications related to drawings
Maintain and ensure standards for engineering drawings are consistently applied
Own the organization of Engineering Drawing and manuals in both paper and electronic format
Provide training to factory engineers or any third-party contractors
Manage small building improvement/upgrade projects with contractor supervision

Specify key functional and performance requirements
design and execute verification test plans
