Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced CAD CAM Programmer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for programming and operating various manufacturing equipment, with a primary focus on Laser programming. This is a great opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our organization.

Job Responsibility:

Laser Programming (Top Priority): Program and operate Laser machines for cutting and engraving, utilizing CAD CAM software to ensure accurate and efficient production
Press Brake Programming: Program and operate Press Brake machines to bend and form metal parts, utilizing CAD CAM software to ensure accurate and efficient production
CNC Machining: Program CNC machines using CAD CAM software, designing and developing programs for CNC machining as needed
Collaborate with production team to ensure efficient and accurate production
Troubleshoot programming issues and resolve problems
Maintain accurate records of programming and production

Requirements:

Post-secondary education in a relevant field of engineering
5 years of experience in CAD CAM programming
Experience with Laser machines, Press Brake machines, and CNC machining
Proficient in Fusion 360, Autocad, Solidworks, and Bisoft CAD software
Experience with Epicor ERP system is a strong asset
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Nice to have:

Experience with Epicor ERP system
