Job Responsibility

  • Programming multi-axis CNC machining centers using CAM software (specifically Siemens NX) and managing post-processing
  • Designing, developing, and testing technical solutions for advanced, high-precision mechanical components and metal structures
  • Reviewing technical specifications, 3D designs, and conducting accurate time estimations for manufacturing completion
  • Providing precise technical information, post-processor data, and manufacturing blueprints to the machine shop floor
  • Collaborating with the Quality Assurance (QA) department to oversee, inspect, and ensure the correct manufacturing of the first prototype (First Article Inspection) prior to mass production
  • Creating, organizing, and continuously updating product technical files and manufacturing routing steps

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of proven professional experience in a CNC machine shop environment
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design and Production Engineering, or a relevant technical field (University/Technological Sector)
  • Proven hands-on experience in CAM programming (ideally using Siemens NX / post-processing) and a strong understanding of manufacturing/machining processes
  • Deep understanding of multi-axis machining tools, industrial equipment, and post-processing for CNC machining centers (Siemens, Heidenhain, Fanuc)
  • Essential knowledge and experience in 2D & 3D design software (such as AutoCAD, Inventor, Fusion 360, Creo, SolidWorks), as well as a strong understanding of mechanical drawing principles
  • Good command of the English language and proficiency in MS Office core applications
