Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Cabinet Refacing Subcontractor to handle kitchen refacing projects from start to finish. This includes door and drawer installation, veneer application, trim work, and final punch-out. This is consistent, ongoing work for the right partner.

Job Responsibility:

  • Install new cabinet doors and drawer fronts (typically full overlay)
  • Apply and finish veneer on cabinet boxes
  • Install hinges, handles, and hardware
  • Modify cabinets as needed (cut downs, add panels, fillers, etc.)
  • Install crown molding, light rail, and trim
  • Maintain clean job sites and protect customer homes
  • Complete punch list items and final touch-ups

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with cabinet refacing or cabinet installation
  • Own tools and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work independently and manage job timelines
  • Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
  • Professional communication with homeowners
  • Must carry (or be willing to obtain): General Liability Insurance
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and handle physical work

Nice to have:

  • Experience with soft-close hinges and drawer systems
  • Light carpentry or remodeling experience (backsplash, minor mods, etc.)
