Job Responsibility

  • Assist with inventory and equipment management (organizing, tracking, inspecting shipments, ordering etc)
  • Prep and paint/stain cabinet doors and other materials ranging from cabinets to crown
  • Assist in the preparation and assembly of kitchen components and cabinetry
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure all products meet our high standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency
  • Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and customer expectations
  • Utilize hand, power tools, and saws effectively to complete various tasks such as cabinet assembly
  • Communicate with management regarding inventory needs and equipment maintenance
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and product knowledge
  • Opportunities to learn carpentry, refacing, and artistic wood restoration
