Job Responsibility

  • Assist with inventory and equipment management
  • Prep and paint/stain cabinet doors and other materials
  • Assist in the preparation and assembly of kitchen components and cabinetry
  • Perform quality control checks
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and customer expectations
  • Utilize hand, power tools, and saws effectively
  • Communicate with management regarding inventory needs and equipment maintenance
  • Participate in training sessions
  • Opportunities to learn carpentry, refacing, and artistic wood restoration

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a shop or manufacturing environment preferred
